NCCF The NCCF is a non-profit corporation licensed in the State of California. The NCCF was created as a vehicle to support and grow youth cycling in California. To that end, the NCCF has created the Team Specialized Racing Junior Team, which at present features nine nationally ranked junior racers. These juniors will receive extensive support from the NCCF in order to race their bicycles and excel as citizens.
